William R. McMullan holds the degree of Juris Doctor from Fordham University. In addition, New York University has conferred upon him the degree of Masters of Laws in Taxation.

With more than eight years experience as an Internal Revenue Agent, including five years in its Large Case Branch, Mr. McMullan also has extensive expertise in tax planning related to International Tax Issues, as well as in State and Local Tax matters in all fifty States. Drawing upon his Federal, State and Local Tax Law experience, Mr. McMullan has successfully designed tax strategies for complex commercial transactions that substantially reduced the impact of Federal and State Taxes on the “Bottom Line” of each transaction.

Mr. McMullan advises clients in connection with federal and state beverage alcohol regulatory compliance. In addition, Mr. McMullan is available to assist clients in structuring commercial transactions, asset ownership and gifting programs with an eye towards maximizing the economic benefits available to succeeding generations.
